The industry-leading Ideal Advantage Warranty Program offers three tiers of protection (Standard, Plus and Elite) to ensure your products are protection.
For the Exalt and Gallant boilers, our Standard Warranty covers 2-year parts and 10-year primary heat exchanger warranty. Our Plus Warranty covers 5-year parts, 2-year labor allowance, and 10-year primary heat exchanger warranty with registration. Our Elite Warranty covers 6-year parts, 3-years labor and 12-year heat exchanger warranty offered with registration, combustion analysis and hydronic system treatment. See warranty for details.

HOW IT WORKS FOR THE EXALT AND GALLANT:
Standard - Our Entry-level warranty which offers a 2-year part and 10-year primary heat exchanger warranty with your Ideal Exalt or Gallant Boiler.
Plus - Our MID-level warranty which offers a 5-year part, 2-year labor and 10-year heat exchanger warranty with your Ideal Exalt or Gallant Boiler.

HOW IT WORKS FOR THE MONARCH TANK
Standard - This is our ENTRY-level warranty, which offers a Lifetime Tank Warranty on all residential applications and 1-year parts with the Monarch Tank.

Plus - This is our MID-level warranty which offers a Lifetime Tank Warranty on all residential applications, 1-year parts and 1-year labor allowance for replacement of the tank within the first 12 months of your installation of the Ideal Monarch Tank

Elite - This is our HIGH-level warranty which offers a Lifetime Tank Warranty on all residential applications, 6-year parts and 3-year labor allowance for replacement of the tank within the first 36 months of your installation of the Ideal Monarch Tank
*Offered when you register the installation, upload a photo of the combustion readings from your combustion analysis on the boiler installation and provide customer and contractor information. Tank must be installed with an Ideal boiler. Boiler and tank must be installed at the same time. Boiler and tank must be registered.

HOW IT WORKS FOR THE MAXI FLO
Limited One Year Warranty (Stainless Steel MF Model) Limited Two-Year Warranty (Titanium T Model). Ideal Heating NA hereby warrants the Maxi-Flo Heat Exchanger to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of the original installation. Ideal Heating NA's sole and only liability and the original user’s sole remedy under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at Ideal Heating NA's option, of the defective heat exchanger.
HOW IT WORKS FOR THE BRAZED PLATE
Limited One Year Warranty Ideal Heating NA hereby warrants the Plate & Frame Heat Exchanger to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of the original installation. Ideal Heating NA's sole and only liability and the original user’s sole remedy under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at Ideal Heating NA’s option, of the defective heat exchanger. The warranty does not cover damage from ordinary wear, erosion and/or corrosion.
